  • The best way to contact us is via email, alternatively we are always happy to chat if you give us a call.


  • We request that orders are supplied to us 24 working hours prior to the required delivery time (please remember that we are always closed on Saturdays).
    This being said we will always do our best to accept late orders, if you are concerned about the request being late please contact us to see if we can assist.


  • We prefer to deliver kosher orders that are for use in the morning or lunch on the day before consumption. This will help us ensure that the meals are not delivered late.

  • We have different requirements to serve almost every need, contact us to discuss special needs as we have a wide variety of solutions.


  • Our main focus is Gauteng however we have supplied meals to all provinces and even sent food internationally.

Payment and cancellation policy


  • Orders can be adjusted however please understand that this may incur additional costs, this depends on whether or not production on your order has begun.


  • “The Mnf” is NOT obliged to accept cancellation of any order.
    ”The Mnf”, however, may accept such at their discretion but subject to a minimum charge of 30% (thirty per centum) of the value of the order.
    Where less than 24 (twenty four) hours’ notice is given, this minimum will increase to 50% (fifty) per centum.


  • We accept payment in cash, EFT, card or cheques.

  • Tastings can be arranged, we will bill them to your account but deduct the charge from your initial orders.


  • We can also do menu matches providing they are permitted by Kosher Dietary law. These menus will cost more than normal, depending on the detail involved and quantities ordered.


  • Payment is due when the order is placed for those with accounts, payment can be made at the end of the month.
