Totally Kosher was launched in Johannesburg, South Africa in 2005. A passion for the food industry and the desire to provide a necessary service to the Jewish Community,
is what lies at the heart of Totally Kosher. Totally Kosher provides top quality pre-plated kosher meals and component items to the market. Totally Kosher’s product offering,
is unique in that flavour and presentation is of utmost importance. Only the highest quality ingredients, cutlery and crockery are utilized in the production of all meals.
Our primary focus is to provide pre-plated kosher meals, buffet platters and components, to the hospitality industry and corporate sector, and ensure that they are able to offer kosher menu equivalents to their staff and clients. Should there be further special dietary needs that our customers are required to cater for (i.e. sodium-free, gluten-free, diabetic etc…), we have the ability to provide for these requests. These items will remain to also be kosher meals that comply with these additional restrictions.
All meals that are delivered to clients will be done so in refrigerated vehicles, as per law and in compliance with the HACCP system.
Complete dedication to quality is one of the cornerstones of Totally Kosher’s business philosophy. Food safety deserves the highest priority because of the health risks associated with poor
food handling. Totally Kosher has therefore elected to implement the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) compliance from the outset, in anticipation of further stringent health
regulations becoming part of South African law, as we endeavour to remain a competitive member of the global village.
