Totally Kosher wishes to assure all its clients, that with the outbreak of COVID-19, our food safety is of the highest standard.
Our staff have all been extensively trained in food safety, and we adhere to all the food safety laws under the supervision of trained Quality Controller and experienced Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
Our kitchen staff work in temperature controlled environments, with our QC and head chef monitoring health and safety at all times. We are taking temperatures before allowing anyone access to the facility, this includes staff and visitors. All our raw fruits and vegetables are sanitized in food safe disinfectant.
Our staff are all in safety uniforms, hair nets and face masks and use regular sanitisation. Our policy is “Cleanliness is next to G-dliness.” We have supplied our staff with hygienically laundered Uniforms that are changed at least once a day or more, if required. These are not a new practices but rather ones that TK has always adhered to.
Our refrigerated vehicles are being sterilized more than usual over this period, and we have taken further precautions regarding visitors on our site, by daily taking temperatures of our staff as well as any visitor to monitor any irregularities.
We pride ourselves on serving our community with food which upholds all the food and safety legislation as well as the laws of Kashrut which further protect our food from any form of irregularities
We provide meals delivered, wrapped and sealed for hygienic heating in your ovens/microwave.
On this note, we also would like to inform you that we have our Pesach menus available as well as home meals to be delivered to your homes whilst schools are closed and families are avoiding malls and stores.
